Gather Consulting is a creative community lab—a physical and virtual co-working space—where educators, organizers, and activists come together to connect, learn & grow. Our work is grounded in emergent thinking and generative leadership, and we lean into our imagination, creativity, and equity in our collective work. In addition, imagination is more important than you may think and central to the work we do.
Gather Consulting believes communal change happens when people across discipline and sector come together to engage in the messy work of planning, strategy, and implementation. Distributing power between funders and nonprofits brings diverse perspectives to the table that leads to more innovative, sustainable pathways.
